pause minesweeper timer on minimize

To maintain parity with behavior on win95, the minesweeper clock should pause as soon as the minimize animation starts and unpause once the window restore animation has finished. It should also pause when a mousedown occurs on the smiley button or the window titlebar and resume upon mouseup.
