Upgrade to Typst 0.13 and Better Math Style Handling
This PR updates Typst to version 0.13.0.
A lot of internal changes happened to Typst from 0.10 to 0.13, so there are some changes to function signatures.
I've also implemented features that would be introduced by #9. Some necessary changes are made.
The test web page is fixed.
Font styles are well-handled afaik.
And for some reason I had to tweak a lot of things to build. So .lock files are changed.

Hi there! By the time of commit (March) I'm pretty sure everything's working with Typst 0.13. I'm not quite sure if anything breaking has been introduced since then - I didn't follow up due to many things irl, but feel free to test this out!
