Yeah, usually colors are avoided in terminal apps exactly for this reason, there are a bunch of different terminals in use and you cannot account for everyone. Simpler to avoid...

Orchestration frameworks and docker images take away a lot of the friction of deploying a secure environment and it's highly likely that merchants who will need to be running wallets...

As far as the boolean is concerned (`selection_strategy_is_use_all`), I think it's fair to change it to use the actual type of the strategy for backwards compatibility reasons.

I have forked off to https://github.com/kargakis/hystrix-go, applied some useful MRs, and created a release tag for whomever wants to use an actively developed version of this project.

@alcuadrado why wouldn't this get fixed at its source in the first place though? The generated ABI should include all public storage fields.
