Config staff line colours individually

It is possible to change the color of ledge lines individually on notes, but is it possible to also change color of staff lines individually (options fill_color sets all of the staff line colors) ?

@nehz I am refactoring the styling functions. The ledger lines can have a different colour but the same colour for all the ones associated to the note. Could you detail futher your request?

• would you like to have each horizontal line with a different colour?
• what about the vertical lines of the staff?
• would you also like to have a different colour in each ledger line? Thanks

Won't need vertical lines, but would be cool if it came with refactor.

Setting each staff line and any ledger line would be great if it is possible. At the moment I've subclassed Stave and manually setting SVG paths
