motionmate The last day of the week shows 0 steps

Thank you for the simple step counter. I like very much. It was easy to import my old step data (2 years of steps). There is one obvious bug when using the app with Samsung phone with Android 14 (December update)

If I set the language to English (US) then the last day of the week is Saturday. The app show 0 steps in the chart and in the calendar it tells that No record on all Saturdays. If I set the language to English (Any other country than US) then the last day of the week is Sunday. In this case the data on all Sundays is empty. The data in app (both imported and re-exported) includes data for Sat and Sun.

To more clarify the issue: New data coming from the app is saved for all days OK. Imported data is not handled properly and the last day of the week shows 0 steps in all cases.

Probably fixed in my fork (https://github.com/0xf4b1/motionmate/issues/91), you may want to try it with your current csv export to confirm. It requires changing the way data is exported, imported and generally handled by the app (SettingsService.kt, MotionService.kt).

I have tested your new Stepsy app for more than a month.

Stepsy is a very nice app. Found nothing to fix or improve. It is perfect for step tracking.
