Add Flattr tag to site

To link Flattr to the site we need to add the following tag to the <head>

<meta name="flattr:id" content="m05226">

Also should go through and find/update any posts/projects/etc that link to Flattr and make sure they are up to date:

Flattr has pivoted away from the funding platform they used to be; so I think this may no longer be relevant.
