I tried to use a [multiprocessing manager](https://docs.python.org/3/library/multiprocessing.html#sharing-state-between-processes) to implement this for the scope manager but had a hard time getting it to work. I'd really like to get this problem...

Docker forgets WSL integration config after OS restart

Just popping in to second this, whenever I reboot my Windows 10 desktop, Docker Desktop for Windows appears to disable this integration and I have to re-enable it. Pretty annoying.
