How to Flash ESP32-C3 Super mini

Hi,

I see ESP Flasher support ESP32-C3, but is support ESP32-C3 Supermini too?

I try all option, for tx/rx i used the pin 20 and 21

The application after a try to quick flash show "Finished programming", after i push reset button i have this ;

Invalid chip id Expected 5 read 9. Bootloader wrong chip
