Code 43 with the Radeon dGPU on MacBookPro15,1 in BootCamp Windows

Hello! Thank you for all these work getting iGPU running on OSs other than macOS. On MacBookPro15,1 (15-inch, early 2019, with T2 chips), I've applied this patch and successfully get iGPU identified and running. However, the dGPU doesn't work any more. It's experiencing an error of code 43. I don't know how to fix this so I'm here with my problem and confusion. Thank you!

can you elorabate more? Usinbg refind, I chose the apple_set_os.efi option, the screen blink for a second and return to the refind screen
