CollectibleLinkText is hard-coded to "CryptoKitties"

CollectibleLinkText in the collectible sell modal is hard-coded to "CryptoKitties". I think this should be the value of REACT_APP_COLLECTIBLE_NAME.

It also looks like CollectibleMainInfoValue is hard-coded to 2.0624 ETH.
