Include looping points and charge points
Some attacks have looping points (jabs) where the animation is interruptible, but only by another jab. This would be useful info to have.
Similarly, it would be useful to have the charge point for smash attacks. IE: Which frame the smash attack stays at while charging.

SSBM wiki has some of that info, maybe even most of it. They have charge point info such as here:
