Everforest theme ported to Obsidian.md
This commit adds an option via the [obsidian-style-settings](https://github.com/mgmeyers/obsidian-style-settings/) plugin that allows the user to disable coloured headings, instead using the default text colour. 
The highlight applied for backlink text in light mode makes it totally unreadable. The color should be changed. 
 Tag backgrounds look distorted. How can I fix this problem?
Can you consider increasing the brightness of the bold, for example by using #f9e9c8?
As the title says, the frontmatter YAML box is not visible in reading mode. I can see that it's been disabled in the CSS, but I would love a way...
When using this theme in dark mode, the link colors during "live preview" are blue instead of green. When switching to "reading mode", the link colors are the correct green....
