Fix README.md links to report Bug and request Feature

This pull request updates two links in the README file: the "Report Bug" and "Request Feature" links. Previously, these links were broken as they pointed to the repository's old name. The links have been corrected to direct users to create a bug report and feature request directly, instead of navigating to the general issues page.

• Updated "Report Bug" link in README to the new URL for direct bug report creation.
• Updated "Request Feature" link in README to the new URL for direct feature request creation.
