[Feature Request] Multi-Device Sync and Paid App Version

First of all, great app!

I was looking for an option that's faster than Adguard and more customizable than Wipr2. Here it comes wBlock!

However, I do appreciate the Multi-Device Sync Wipr offers. Would it be possible to have it?

Additionally, I would love to have a paid app version for wBlock to support your work!

This is definitely something in the pipeline. As for the paid version, perhaps I will just add a link to my donation page.
