[Enhancement]: Commandline parameter to populate "Search Directories" list

Environment

• OS: Windows 11

Describe desired feature

Commandline parameter to populate "Search Directories" list:

• If the parameter is a directory, just add it.
• If the parameter is a file, add the parent directory.

What issue does it solve?

• Can drag-and-drop dirctories/files on "VDF.GUI.exe" file
• Can select dirctories/files and use SendTo shortcut to "VDF.GUI.exe" file
• Can call "VDF.GUI.exe" from a batch file, like this: VDF.GUI.exe PathToFileOrFolder
