This is a pretty cool project. I would like to make some additions. Would it be best to create a pull request or just do an honest to good fork?

Hi! You can work on your fork and create pull requests. I was very limited with the technical capabilities since my old OBD adapter broke for some reason and I didn't manage to get a new compatible one. However I'm pretty sure that this project will be revived within the next weeks.
