[Bug] Custom font crash entire notepad

Describe the bug It appears as if one of the fonts I own crashes the notepads's font system and I can't put any font now. I installed one for mandarin characters, maybe that's why?

To Reproduce Probably one of these fonts makes the app crash, no idea which (Click to zoom)

Expected behavior Be able to change fonts normally.

I probably met the same problem. While I scrolled to this place which shows in the following picture. The window first flashed quickly about four or five times then stuck. Plus, the video's link seems not work.

You can pick a font randomly, then give another try. That works for me.

I am also seeing that even for some users, the system API call to get all fonts are failing for no reason. (which I have no control over, must be some system level issues going on)
