Full Transparency and Text multicolor Request

I request the owner of this app to have a feature in which the window is fully transparent and when it is fully transparent, the user should have a text feature in which the text is such that the inner color of the text is wrapped in outer color. (For Example, if the inner text is white, the outer thin layer that covers the text is black. By doing this, the text won't interfere with the background images while it on fully transparent mode.
