[Bug] The program creates a new item in the catalog menu

Describe the bug

To Reproduce After restarting the system it will be created again

Expected behavior The program will be in the "right-click menu" -> "created" New project "Create a new text document"

After I deleted this item from the registry, it cleared [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.txt\OpenWithProgids] "AppX9zj5sh5np6pxbpt2mkb1srft78b2dqjw"=hex(0):

Screenshots There are two projects in the screenshot one is a system project, the second one is added by the program.

Additional context I'm not sure if this is the intended behavior of the program, or if it's a bug.

After I deleted the position, after restarting the system, this problem appeared again. The program modified a new position. I don't know where the new one is

After I uninstalled the program, everything returned to the beginning
