[Feature request] Formatter for notepad

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I understand it's not a code editor but it'd be nice if notepad could format texts just prettier for vscode (It might not be as complex as prettier)

How about providing more details of your working situation and purpose? I wonder what the formattor should do for text files, or according to another issue by you, Markdown files?

So basically when I use other text editors like microsoft notepad, it'll get to a time when i'll feel tired of manually arranging texts and also since notepad supports markdown, it will be more productive to have a native formatter.
