[Bug]Pls do not show dialog "This is a shadow window of Notepads"

I turned on the "Always open in new window" option, then every time I open a txt file, the dialog "This is a shadow window of Notepads. Session snapshot and settings are disabled." will be showed for seconds. Is there some ways to not show the dialog?

I choose Notepads because the Win10 notepad don't have dark mode but Notepads has. I treat Notepads as an alternative of Win10 notepad. Why I turned on the "Always open in new window" option? If I don't turn on the option, I can choose the VS code as an alternative of Win10 notepad.

How to improve? For example, only show this dialog 10 times or just one day.

I have this for days, then I go to Windows Settings->Applications......and reinitialize it, and it's good.
