[Feature request] multi lines edit

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. sometime, i want to edit multi lines.

Describe the solution you'd like just like notepad++ , pressing alt to select multi lines to edit. screenshots

When you are saying "notepad++" regarding to this feature, you are actually referring to the "Scintilla" edit control used by notepad++ which supports this feature. The rich edit control used by Notepads does not support multi-line edit as of now. I don't see it will support in the near future as well.
