[Bug] Change direction with wrong short key

Describe the bug If we are on some RTL language like (Persian), that has (ctrl+shift+2) that use for mini space, this short cut also change text to LTR

Expected behavior this short cut not make text LTR

I don't know if it is a bug or not, but I have also seen that happen. Can you try ctrl+a before switching the text direction to see if it works?
