This would be great, especially with config/dotfile management systems. With the current behaviour, it's impossible to just track `~/.config/micro/`, one has to individually track each config files (`settings.json`, `bindings.json`, `colorschemes/`,...

Either of data home (`.local/share`) or state home (`.local/state`) would seem more appropriate for the backups, especially state since it is defined in the spec at the place for command...

Hello! Is this still in the plans? The milestone is 2.7.0, but 2.8.0 got released a month ago. It's what would make argbash perfect for me.

Looking at the current (TTB) startup behaviour, it would seems that it _tries_ to mitigate that issue by having all the bars show up for a second, but seemingly fails...
