No ads being blocked at all for weeks on Chrome

Windows 10, Chrome browser, I paid the money a couple weeks ago and since then absolutely zero ads whatsoever have been blocked. YouTube must have some serious programmers or something, this is crazy

yet modded youtube works just fine on my phone and on my android TV with all ads blocked, 0 issues. It's this plugin that hasn't been worked on..
