i'm on a legion 5, USB debugging is switched on my phone, i can access the phone under file exproler but the app does not recognize my phone, also, something weird i noticed in my phone, i can't give access to the usb to my laptop (under setting it shows an option of, usb is controlled by, this device i.e phone, or connected device i.e laptop, the phone doesn't let me change that, also i've tried changing the mode to file transfer, or left it original as it was connected, no change
I got the same issue, only with a fairphone 5. And yes, adb is installed, tested it via cmd. UAD_20231109.log

It doesn't appear so. Did you include adb's location in path or system variables, depending on your system?
