Add tracfone applications to remove

So this adds a few tracfone applications to the list. Notably the "Device Pulse" application which offers the ability to "mirrors everything you do on your phone and stores the information on a cloud database. In addition, it also provides information about your phone’s hardware, such as its RAM, battery health, etc." I mean, who wouldn't want that.

There is also a dti implementation to add in a bunch of pre-load junk on the first network connection.

The Blu updater is device specific I think but appears to just run the normal Google updater so seems a bit pointless.

I haven't had any issues with these disabled on my Blu View 2 other than the phone is better behaved.
