Make text fields selectable

This not yet natively supported by Iced but there is a ugly workaround I could use until the feature gets implemented.

EDIT: A "click to copy" feature is probably a better workaround here.

@0x192 If text selection is problematic you could work around that by automatically linkifying text(detect links in the text and then make them into proper hyperlinks). That's probably the biggest reason most people would want to select text in the first place. Shouldn't be too hard to implement? Search for http in the description text and then linkify from that point until there's a space, ), \n or ".
