Not able to uninstall disabled apps

I wanted to uninstall apps that are disabled first.

I'm unable to uninstall them before I enable them.

Is it possible to uninstall directly without enabling them?

I tried this manually (with ADB on terminal), and it works on Android 12 (SM-A315G), 8.1 (SM-J327VPP), & 6.0.1 (SM-G532M)! IDK about other versions
