Hey, @Knud3. I removed the recommended list of Samsung packages on an Galaxy Tab S6-Lite, and now the power button doesn't do anything. Did you experience this at all?

Hey, @Knud3. I removed the recommended list of Samsung packages on an Galaxy Tab S6-Lite, and now the power button doesn't do anything. Did you experience this at all?

What recommended list? In app itself? And how your problem is related to this issue? Better to open your own.

I removed everything one by one. Did not used any (recommended) lists. Did not have any problems with power (Bixby) button.

And it is easy to manage large amount of packages with txt lists (must be named as uad_exported_selection.txt) to narrow down which cause problems. I do not recommend to do it blindly, but here is package list which ones I removed from Samsung S22 and did not find immidiately problems: uad_exported_selection.txt

I had to set that button somwhere in the settings to open up the poweroff menu.

googlesource has the java code for the various platform packages and each code segment has a very detailed explanation regarding what it is and what it is used for, in the event that you do not wish to research the libraries that the code is importing. If you're researching for the purpose of removing erroneous android packages, I recommend researching your packages by doing a google search with: googlesource "package_name" I'm not getting hits on 100% of everything, but I am getting a good majority of the information that I need pertaining to a wide variety of packages. That said, I am getting information on some of the packages you have listed above and I'd be happy to share my spreadsheet once I completely write out the descriptions of the packages.
