Feature Request: Add Short-Cut Management

The basic idea is to have obmenu2 read the rc.xml as well and modify the shortcut sections according to user settings.

Complexity: High May cause more drastic changes due to refactoring / semantic split of classes or sth like that.

Not sure what kind of complexity conflict management may bring
