Tested with [dev-debian-d4247bc](https://github.com/orgs/runatlantis/packages/container/atlantis/302013937?tag=dev-debian-d4247bc) and Atlantis still shows changes after PR branch tail exceeds `ATLANTIS_CHECKOUT_DEPTH` - as expected.
