Does group texting work for Twilio?

I see some mentions of group texting functionality in the docs. But I can't seem to send or receive texts as group. I receive them as if the person sent the message, and the texts only send in bulk.

Is there a setting I need to turn on in Twilio or VoIP to enable this functionality?
