Looping BGM still quite bad

I haven't tried over a year but as of today the same issue are still here, the rounding up of loop start and end are awfully bad. This just break the loop and make it sound absolutely bad. Sometimes the loop end doesn't even exist, it rounds up to a value higher than the end of the audio file, leaving a blank in the loop.
