Activate workspace files when booting up FFXIV?

I know the wiki guide says changes in VFX Editor are not permanent, but is it possible to have workspace files automatically boot up with the game, instead of having to export to TexTools or Penumbra to make VFX edits permanent?

TexTools VS Penumbra I am not the most tech savy person. I am still trying to learn how to use Dalamud plugins. When it comes to exporting my VFX edits to make permanent changes to my game, which program would you suggest for beginners?

I am a WHM main suffering from eye strain after years of getting FLASHBANGED by Holy/Holy III. The VFX Editor has been a godsend for my eye vision. Being able to lower down the brightness of Holy/Holy III has brought me tremendous relief. Thank you to the person/people running this plugin!
