Having trouble making new VFX swaps because they won't leave? Can VFX editor be reset?

So, I'm not sure what I did (*obvious) but somehow, when I try to make new VFX swaps, they don't change. AND when I turn all of my mods off... they persist. I don't know what it is, but I can't try to make new mods, because when I check to see if it works, it "doesn't" work because the other mods I previously made are just... still there??? I've been trying to fix my old mods so that they work to begin with, but now that they DO work... I can't check them. Because when I try to add options, make new colors, etc. all of a sudden EVERY option is the same. BTW, all the options being the same always correlates with the last VFX swap I did (If blue, every option for the mod and every prev iteration of it I've ever made all become blue.) Is there a way to like... reset VFX editor so I can just start from scratch with my mods again??? Its very annoying and all I want to do is move forward. (Example shown here [If I knew how to take picture with Penumbra on screen I would] But the option currently picked is Red, but the vfx is just... not.)
