Skeletons for animations loading in on their back

My skeletons are loading in on their back. I have already done some troubleshooting to verify that it's not the model that's the issue, it works for other people, but not me. I have tried resetting plugin data and making sure there's no leftover folders in my plugin configuration folder, then reinstalling vfxeditor and still have this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
