What is the name or path of the file you are trying to open? vfx/common/eff/ui_tgl_m700_c0v.avfx

What type of file is it (VFX, TMB, PAP, etc.)? VFX

This doesn't parse correctly, but vfx/common/eff/ui_tgl002a_o.avfx does parse correctly. These are related vfx for the target marker.
