Is there a way to export avfx/tmb to blender?

I want to export some gimmick vfxs to blender (or any other video editor like PR) to make videos, for example, chara/action/mon_sp/gimmick/n5rb_boss3_gimmick14.tmb and vfx/monster/gimmick4/eff/u5fa_b0_g1t0w.avfx, is it possible?

As far as I know, there isn't... I wish there was cuz I've been trying to make it happen really hard, but so far no luck. The VFX in FF14 are complex and have different parameters than the ones on blender so translating them is technically possible but extremely tideous ...
