http/1.0 no longer support

Currently, \code\libs\urllib\urequest.py support http/1.0 only and http/1.0 is no longer support to retrieve data from "http://www.weather.com.cn". Thus, the weather data cannot be retrieved. 目前，\code\libs\urllib\urequest.py 仅支持 http/1.0，http/1.0 不再支持从“http://www.weather.com.cn”检索数据。因此，无法检索天气数据。
