Can not opened on mac arm

When I open it says:

“clippy.app” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash. Just like below screnshot:

why?

I dont have a mac currently, cant test it yet.

you need to run

xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/clippy.app

I am not paying the apple yearly tax (99$) to make the warning go away
