[WIP] Test Chafa Image Viewer

What does this PR do? Tests Chafa Image rendering inside urwid. Relevant discussion can be found here

Notes

  • The UI code is very messy but it displays functionality.
  • Use q to view next image
  • There are 9 images, the settings of which can be found in the LineBox title.
  • Use ctrl - to zoom out, ctrl + to zoom in and ctrl 0 to reset zoom.
  • Run using ./tools/test_chafa
