Search through commands in the Help Menu.

Shortcuts are paramount in the ZT experience, and new users must go through the Help menu very frequently. So, it makes sense to have a search functionality within the Help Menu for looking through these shortcuts.

This shouldn't be hard, with a few changes in the pop-up window. This should function like the EmojiPicker does, essentially.
