docs: update /help/zulip-on-windows section
We need to update this help section. Few things we can include there-

[ ] Detailed info of following setting options -
- Show app icon in system tray
- Show app unread badge
- Flash taskbar on new message
- Desktop notification/Mute setting
- Add other useful sections..

@akashnimare Hi! I'm new to Zulip and would like to work on this issue, but the link you referenced above says No such article. Does the issue still persist or has it been fixed at some other URL?
After changes in Zulip docs regarding the the desktop application, this issue should now probably be handled in this way -
Add the information listed in the original issue under a "Desktop Notifications" heading in the "Notifications" list in the /help/ something like help/desktop-notifications .
This would be solved in the main Zulip repo, so the should probably go there with a link a to this.
