Remove log feature from zplug

WHAT

As per title.

WHY

Performance issue. It brings huge impact against performance.

I'm not sure removing it entirely is a good idea. It is valuable in case of debugging somethings. Yet, it would be nice if we can turn logging off and making it a noop with a simple toggle.
