Document debugging capabilities of zss

It's possible to get additional trace for zss with

Add this to the docs (I was working with a customer and needed this to be avaliable in the docs to collect more trace info).

That and so much more is in the schema https://github.com/zowe/zss/blob/v2.x/staging/schemas/zss-config.json#L216-L352 It'd be good to just get the schemas properly visible. Better than nothing.
