The page referenced gives a list of ZSS error messages with "cmsRC" that all indicate ZIS isnt started and should be started. Lets add one next to the cmsRC=64 which is 47 ZIS status - Failure (name='ZWESIS_STD ', cmsRC=47, description='N/A', clientVersion=2)

Same end user action, just another such code to add to that list.

This is still an issue people should want to know about for v1. in v2, we state the answer in the zss error codes explanation.
