Inconsistent component address space names

However, I don't think there has been agreement on exactly those, and as a result there is some conflict in the names.

My understanding is that each first letter is the component, and the second letter is the sub component. The components were defined here: https://github.com/zowe/zlc/blob/master/process/messageManagement.md

And, maybe there is a more recent version.

But I see 3 component-based problems:

1. U doesn't exist. E does, but it seems U is a split from E for explorers. It's not a big problem but documentation should be aligned.

2. S overlaps. The documentation says the primary started task name is ZWE1SV. Due to it starting with S, that means it would be part of ZSS, also starting with S, but it isn't.
