Describe the bug One of the most reoccurring bugs is that Gateway is shutting down with message: ZWEAG108E z/OSMF instance 'zOSMF' not found or incorrectly configured. Gateway is shutting down

This is usually not the real cause and users are struggling with solving this issue.

Expected behavior Fix the JwtSecurityInitializer to prevent it from shutting down the gateway

Is this still being investigated or are there any tips you'd give people? I've seen solutions for some being given in Slack but slack history gets deleted quickly. This is very much still an issue in v2, it's in the top 5 things I interact with users on.

We should consider dropping support for old versions of zOSMF. Suggest moving to a supported(by IBM) version
