options (mqtt -> version: 5) of the addon not visible in the config file

Description of the issue

I need to add a configuration option, and it is not visible in the yaml file

When the option "version: 5" (for retention) is added to the "mqtt:" config via the addon web interface it is correctly taken into account and functional.

But ! this option is not visible in the "yaml" file /config/zigbee2mqtt/configuration.yaml

• where is this option saved?
• why is it not visible in the yaml file?
